YOGA CLASSES

Opportunity to practice yoga in-person at a special event or at-home with classes for all levels.

A variety of classes including:

Slow Flow is a class for all levels of students and is practiced at a slow pace to help beginners become familiar with poses

Yin yoga consists of holding positions for 3-5 minutes. Yin focuses on building, restoring flexibility,ity and relaxation by targeting fascia.

Kundalini yoga practice includes breath work, meditation and movement.

1-1 Coaching

Working with me, one-on-one to develop a plan just for you. We will meet weekly for 6-weeks to identify your health goals, craft a plan and set you on a path to success.

Resilience and Wellness: Jumpstart 2025

A three-month program to transform your life with personalized health coaching and yoga.

This program includes:

  • 1-1 coaching weekly sessions (12 sessions)

  • Goal Setting, and

  • Virtual yoga classes (offered twice a week)

All level gentle yoga classes from the comfort of your home. Whether you are new to the practice or more experienced. Classes are infused with breath work and playfulness.

Group Coaching

A unique opportunity to reap the benefits of the 1-on-1 coaching in a small group settings. We will meet together for getting to know each other session before the group sessions start and again at the midway point. The weekly sessions will occur in a group setting.

The benefits of group coaching are a reduced price with the benefits of a support group to cheer you on along the way.
